Service Provided: After reviewing your REST API server software, its resource requirements, its test suite, and its workload use cases, we will design a server environment to host it. We will determine the most appropriate target hosting environment (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, in-house, private network, hybrid network, etc.) We will setup the hosting environment infrastructure. We will deploy your software into the hosting environment. We will document how we setup the environment and typical maintenance use cases; feel free to request documentation on specific tasks needed by your organization. Alternatively, we are happy to help you to hire an on-site IT worker or have HanoverSoft provide remote maintenance services. Client is responsible for licensing of all needed software, all needed hardware, and service licenses (such as for security). We will provide training for your IT team on the setup and maintenance of the deployed software. After the engagement, you may optionally choose for HanoverSoft to maintain the software when needed.

Engagement plan:

1. We will review your provided REST API server software documentation and software.
2. We will interview your application or database owner about the desired target environment.
3. We will create a proposal for the target hosting environment for your review and the work effort that will be required for its setup.
4. With your approval, we will move forward to setup the target environment resources, deploy the software, and configure licensed software.
5. We will verify the environment using Client's REST API test suite.
6. We will create and delivery documentation and training.
7. We will work with your IT team for software go-live.

Pricing: Hourly rate

HanoverSoft's Professional Services Guarantee to our customers: if you are not completely satisfied within the first three days of the engagement, we will refund your money and terminate your commitment (travel expenses excepted). We deliver quality consulting services. We stand behind our people!
