Fractional Pre-Sales Solutions Architect
Context: Various pre-sales Solutions Architect services. Accompany sales staff on initial prospect meetings. Conduct follow-up deep dive meetings with prospect. Conduct discovery and configuration option guided discussion with prospect. Construct a solution to fit prospect's needs. Actively engage prospect while working closely with Sales team to close deals. Create SoW with Sales (coordinating with the professional services team) for best solution for prospect, including needed resources, project plan outline and satisfaction criteria. After deal closes, oversee the project and advocate for the customer; ensure customer satisfaction. Travel as needed. And other needs as they arise.

Engagement plan:

  1. We will interview Sales management to determine their sales priorities.
  2. We will interview a professional services team member and technical product owner to understand your product, its complexity, its options, and its capacity.
  3. We will seek out all appropriate technical information for use during the sales process to become an expert on your product/service.
  4. Perform various Solutions Architect tasks as needed to achieve sales goals.
