| HanoverSoft Launches Eltuel for Provider-to-Lab Cloud-based Ordering
July 6, 2022 With backing from a local private investor, HanoverSoft launched Eltuel, Inc. as a Delaware C corproation to search the healthtech space. CEO Anthony Edwards plans to hire a software development team initially, then build out the rest of the company closer to product launch. "We have an exciting opportunity to bring provider-to-lab communication into the 21st century. A provider or laborator only creates a single data bridge to Eltuel, which then enables them to connect to any other laboratory or provider also on our site," said Edwards about the company's plans. Eltuel, Inc. will be developing the new Cloud-based SaaS offering with HanoverSoft's yet-to-be-released MAE (Multi-Application Ecosystem) platform. October 1, 2023 Eltuel has shutdown operations, effecitve October 1, 2023. Eltuel was never able to raise additional money when the original investor failed to complete the investment transaction. Despite the loss of funding, Eltuel was able to keep the doors open for 14 months. Further, due to market shifts and government regulation changes, Eltuel's target market began significantly shrinking at the start of 2023. CEO Anthony Edwards made the call to close down operations made the most business sense.
